About the Artist

California based artist, Erin Simons, has been honing her skills as a botanical illustrator for many years. As a credentialed Agriculture teacher, she combines her expertise in horticulture and filipino culture to create tropical botanical illustrations that are both educational and refreshing.

Erin’s evolution of her mastery in botanical illustrations has allowed her to introduce another component which has furthered her talent as both an artist and Agriculture educator. Her skill of storytelling allows her to add an extra dimension to her art- challenging traditional botany by addressing the plants’ cultural importance to their endemic community.

In 2020, the “Pineapple Company” was founded in order to meet the needs of busy professionals for fresh and fun products that can be enjoyed throughout the work day.
